We developed an online programme on cancer care for the employees at a top global diagnostics company

Who was the client?

  • A global top 5 life sciences company developing digital health solutions, diagnostics, and pharmaceutical products for use in oncology and many other therapeutic areas.

What were the objectives?

  • To develop an online programme to educate thousands of employees on the topic of cancer care, including typical patient journeys, members of the care team, and the fundamentals of cancer biology. Learners include members of the sales, account management, and product development teams.

How did we do it?

  • Interviewed ~15 staff from the target audience of learners to inform the curriculum and learning objectives.
  • Developed 10 online interactive modules for deployment on the company’s learning management systems (LMS), including animations depicting lung cancer, breast cancer, and leukaemia patient journeys.
  • Organised external peer-review of the medical and scientific content by two leading oncologists.
  • Delivered content with a range of media including bespoke animations, videos, and podcasts with senior health leaders.
  • Received excellent feedback from participants, with an average rating across all modules of 4.6/5
