Who was the client?

  • A global top 10 pharmaceutical company using innovative science and digital technologies to create transformative treatments.

What were the objectives?

  • To equip senior leaders in each of the company’s most important market’s with the knowledge and technical skills to build high-impact partnerships with healthcare systems.
  • To provide learners with robust, accessible frameworks for analysing healthcare systems and the challenges they face, engage effectively with decision-makers, and develop mutually beneficial commercial partnerships.
 

How did we do it?

  • Interviewed ~15 staff from the target audience of learners to inform the curriculum and learning objectives.
  • Developed 10 online interactive modules for deployment on the company’s learning management systems (LMS), including animations depicting lung cancer, breast cancer, and leukaemia patient journeys.
  • Organised external peer-review of the medical and scientific content by two leading oncologists.
  • Delivered content with a range of media including bespoke animations, videos, and podcasts with senior health leaders.
  • Received excellent feedback from participants, with an average rating across all modules of 4.6/5
